Custom silks -- SF Bay Area?

I know this topic has been addressed time and time again, but are there any tailors that make custom silks in the SF Bay Area? So far, the only vendors I've heard of are located in China, but I prefer to do business with someone in person. So, I thought it'd be worth a try to ask around here.

Haha, I mean, I'm all for self-promotion, but I don't see how linking someone to a online ordering form is helpful for someone specifically looking to talk to someone in person.
